As a Teleworker you should:
•maintain good
relationships with your manager and co-workers
•make the effort to
stay as "visible" as you would be in the office
•proactively seek out
opportunities for development
As a Manager should:
•continue to give
teleworkers "stretch" assignments
•provide teleworkers the same level
of recognition as you provide employees who work on site full time
•coach employees about
their job
